Hello, my name is David E. Carmazzi, and welcome to my electronic gallery of photographic images and related materials. I live in Lake Tahoe California and my photography subjects include extreme and action sports, landscapes, travel, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, road biking, weddings, and all aspects of Lake Tahoe!

The images on this site appear in low resolution formats and have a semi-transparent overlay to protect the reproduction values of the originals. All originals are taken using Nikon professional cameras and lenses. My newer imagery is mostly digital, and my extensive archives prior to 2008 are 35mm transparencies or negatives shot on professional Kodak and Fuji films and scanned to digital negative files (.dng). 

My images have been internationally published from Japan to America, from Italy to Sweden. I have also worked with all of the leading Lake Tahoe publications. Primarily my inventory includes all Tahoe related subjects, skiing and snowboarding, mountain biking, landscapes (primarily from the western U.S. including Hawai'i), Peru, Costa Rica, and weddings.
